Traveling while sick sucks. What's worse is being sick in a foreign country trying to find the proper medication. (It's happened to me in Europe when I tried homemade moonshine...I know...smart idea...) Anything that decreases fun and selfies needs correcting ASAP.

Below is a medication cheat sheet that you can bring while traveling. I always carry this cheat sheet and the corresponding meds in a baggy with me. Then, if any symptoms start to arise, I pop a pill and keep it moving.
